With the Fissler Award-winning Adamant Non-Stick frying pans you can use kitchen utensils made of any material when frying, including metal, without having to worry about scratching the inner surface. The extremely tough non-stick sealing contains particles of silicon carbide, whose hardness is comparable to that of stone. These form an innovative, 100% PFOA-free rugged surface texture with a coarse look very similar to that of cast-iron pans. The ultra-resistant scratch-proof surface gives your frying pan a high-quality appearance and will make it look new for longer.
Steelux Premium frying pans are made of 18/10 stainless steel and have an induction compatible cookstar all-hob base that lies perfectly flat on the cooktop. The fully encapsulated aluminum core all around, distributes the heat evenly and will not form hot spots on the base of the pan. With outstanding non-stick properties, the Adamant premium range is ideal for gentle, low-fat frying of food that tends to stick, such as fluffy scrambled eggs and breaded fish. For even more frying comfort, there is a pouring rim and a softly rounded transition from base to inner walls for easy stirring and cleaning.
The ergonomic safety handle has a thumb barrier and a non-slip surface on top. Combined with a practical finger support, it prevents your hands from coming into contact with the hot pan, and offers a comfortable and safe grip even with wet hands.
